Picking an exterior colour is one of the more personal parts of choosing a new vehicle. It’s the first thing anyone notices in a driveway or a parking lot, and it says something about the driver behind the wheel before they ever open the door.

The 2026 Cadillac OPTIQ gives buyers a real say in that decision. The colour lineup changes depending on which trim family a shopper picks, with a handful of shades shared across the whole range and a few reserved for specific trims. Here’s a full look at what’s on the palette.

How Colour Changes Across the OPTIQ Lineup

OPTIQ is built around three trim families: Luxury and Premium Luxury, Sport and Premium Sport, and V-Series. Each family has its own visual identity, and Cadillac carries that idea through to the paint options available on each one.

Four colours are common to every OPTIQ, no matter which trim a buyer chooses. From there, the Luxury family and the Sport family each get two colours of their own, and V-Series adds one more shade found nowhere else in the lineup.

Black Raven, Argent Silver Metallic, Vibrant White Tricoat and Radiant Red Tintcoat all use different finish types, from a deep solid black to a multi-layer tricoat and tintcoat, giving buyers some variety even within the shared palette.

Two Colours Reserved for Luxury and Premium Luxury

Buyers who choose the Luxury or Premium Luxury trim get access to two colours built for that side of the lineup:

  • Coastal Blue Metallic
  • Celestial Metallic

These two shades round out the Luxury family’s six-colour palette, giving those trims a distinct look compared to the Sport-oriented models.

The Sport-oriented trims, including V-Series, share their own pair of exclusive colours:

  • Nimbus Metallic
  • Monarch Orange

Combined with the four shared colours, this brings the Sport and Premium Sport palette to six shades as well, matched to the sportier character of those trims.

The Ultra-Limited V-Series Exclusive

V-Series buyers have access to everything offered on Sport and Premium Sport, plus one colour found only on V-Series: Magnus Metal Frost. It’s a matte metallic grey with warm highlights, and Cadillac is building it in extremely limited numbers, so it stands apart even among a lineup built around standing out.

Two-Tone Style With the Available Black Roof

No matter which trim or colour a buyer lands on, a black roof is available to create a two-tone look, with one exception: Black Raven, since a black roof on a black vehicle wouldn’t create the same contrast. For every other colour across every trim, the black roof option lets a buyer add a sharper, more layered appearance to their OPTIQ.
